Prathamika 

• Trace and Practice Letters అ to ఋ (Use the Text book)
• Last year Prathamika Students - Write all the letters 2 times. Practice and trace the once you have trouble with
• Learn vocabulary words which starts with అ ఆ ఇ ఈ ఉ - Use the Text Book
• Practice Numbers 1 to 5
• Learn 4 Base colors (Green, Red, Yellow, Blue) and try to come up with a simple sentence for each color.
• Learn the Prayer - Chetavenna mudda with action.
• Read the Story నాలుగు తోకల ఎలుక from Text book (Pg- 69) , Try to remember the vocabulary words 

Madhyama 1

• Come with 5 sentences in Telugu and learn all the Vocabulary in ఏడు చేపల కథ  
• Learn and practice all 16 forms of Vowels and their names (Page 11) - Write 16 of these primary and secondary forms 2 times. (names are not required)
• Learn how the words are formed using Consonant and a secondary form of Vowel
• All the students must know the Chetavenna mudda Prayer and also the ఎలుక తోలు తెచ్చి ఏడాది ఉతికినా padyam

Even if you take a mouse’s skin and wash it for any number of days
Its black color will remain a black and never becomes white

• Write words with Vottulu of క  ఖ గ ఘ letters.
• Learn Padyam  - శ్రీరాముని దయ చేతను and the meaning
• You tube link to the Padyam

Utterna

• Learn అమ్మల గన్న యమ్మ  Prayer from Utterna book and also learn the meaning.
• Revise all the prayers learned Last year.

NOTE: All the kids got the Books (Prathamika or Madyama I or Madyama II or Utterna) Please write their names.

Last year Prathamika A & B kids - Needs to bring both Prathamika and Madyama I book to the class.

Prathamika 

• Practiced and traced Letters అ to ఋ
• Last year Prathamika Students wrote all the letters what they know and practiced once they have trouble with.
• Learned few vocabulary words which starts with అ ఆ ఇ ఈ ఉ
• Learned Numbers 1 to 5

• Today We introduced the kids to the Primary and Secondary forms of vowels and their names. We explained how Each syllable is written with single letter instead of multiple letters like in English.
• We gave examples of how the Primary Letters and their secondary forms  can be combined with consonant to write words.
• Ex - kaaki = కాకి will be formed (Page 6)

• Write all the letters you know - 2 Times.
• Learn vocabulary words which starts with అ ఆ ఇ ఈ (Use the text book)
• Start practicing the a Prayers - Chetavenna Mudda from Text book.

Prathamika (New Students)

• Trace and Practice అ to ఋ and also write these letters 5 times.
• Learn 5 Telugu words which start with  అ ఆ ఇ ఈ ( 5 words for each letter)
• Practice Guru Bramha shlokam and Chetavenna mudda prayer songs

Madyama 1

• Come prepared with 5 sentences in Telugu(this was last weeks homework).  These can be simple everyday usage sentences ( You can record sentences and send us the Audio - vsgoud@hotmail.com)
• Listen to Educhepala Katha in youtube and practice saying it in Telugu.  (Listen 2 lines at a time and pratice saying it and then move on to next 2 lines)
• Learn all the vocabulary words from Eedu Chapala Katha - Ask your parents to read the story to you or listen in Youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=7&v=1-pagOiboko )
• Write అ ఱ one time.
• Learn ఎలుక తోలు తెచ్చి ఏడాది ఉతికినా (Eluka tholu thechi yedadi uthikina) - vemana padyam from book. You can refer in the classwork for English words..

Classwork on August 30 2015

It will take 3 more weeks before we divide all the students to a proper levels and to move respective class rooms.

Today being the first day of the new Calendar year, We just started to review the letters and guninthalu that respective kids learned last year, We also getting to know more about the new students and started teaching them letters. We will publish and Classwork and Homework in proper format after the classes are divided properly.

Prathamika (Last year kids)  - Reviewed all the Achulu and Hallulu. We were very happy that more than 50% of the kids were able to write the letters completely. We also reviewed few vocabulary words.

Prathamika (New Students) - Practiced and traced  అ ఆ  and learned few words which starts with these letters.  Some of the new students who knew the Achulu and hallulu also wrote all the letters.

Madhyama 1 & 2 - Wrote and Reviewed all the Achulu and hallulu and also some guninthalu.
